We use only seasonal produce that looks great on the day, so our picnics are ever changing. Here are some of the picnic ideas that we have created, but we know that you are all different, so we are more than happy to tailor make your picnic to suit your needs (all costs are quoted for two people).

The Brit Pic – $115

  • Asparagus, prosciutto, broad bean & mint salad with goats curd & lemon zest
  • Quickes cheddar cheese & muscatels with Misura crackers
  • Baguette
  • Marinated strawberries & vanilla cream

The Sydney Picnic – $155

  • Roast almonds, chilli & sea salt
  • Australian King prawns with gremolata and aioli
  • Country terrine & cornichons
  • Asparagus, mozzarella, toasted sourdough and cherry tomatoes with caper & lemon dressing
  • Sonoma ciabatta
  • Valrhona chocolate brownies with organic pecans, sour cherries & vanilla cream

The Italian Picnic – $165

  • Grissini & marinated Ligurian ‘Taggiasche’ olives
  • Slow roast tomatoes, basil, toasted almonds, marinated Meredith goat's cheese & 20 year balsamic
  • Wild onions cooked in thyme & balsamic with parmigiano reggiano
  • Italian charcuterie plate including prosciutto di Parma, sopressa & coppa
  • Risoni, chargrilled zucchini, feta, sugar snaps, green peas, lemon zest & olive oil
  • Sonoma Ciabatta
  • Valrhona chocolate pots with Armagnac soaked amaretti biscuits

The Spanish Picnic – $185

  • Olives marinated in rosemary, chilli and garlic
  • Roast artichokes stuffed with goat’s cheese, thyme, chilli, lemon zest & toasted breadcrumbs
  • Chargrilled baby eggplant, feta, pomegranate seeds, basil & toasted pine nuts with a lemon and cumin yoghurt dressing
  • Chorizo, manchego & potato tortilla served with garlic aioli
  • Fattoush salad with preserved lemon and sumac
  • Sonoma sourdough
  • Medjool dates stuffed with Valdeon cheese
  • Turkish delight
